On the origin of Bairnsfather and our mission
There have long been rumours about whether or not there is real Absinthe, but that has come to an end!
High-quality handmade liqueur from 100% natural ingredients and untreated mountain water from our underground springs. Original recipe, traditional manufacturing method (filtration), natural ingredients and maximum permitted level of psychoactive components.
Bairnsfather company was founded in 1991., two years after the fall of communism, by MARTIN SEBOR named "Sdruzeni pro vyrobu a odbyt liquorka sro" locally known as LIKERKA KRASNA LIPA. Since 1992., we have focused on the manual production of herbal liqueurs and alcoholic beverages with one simple goal: to produce the highest quality drink using only the purest spirit, water and plants. Our products are exported worldwide and are enjoyed by those who understand quality and can distinguish a hand-made herbal elixir from a mass-produced industrial product made by machines with the help of artificial colors, flavors, concentrates and stabilizers.

- that is, if you do not have the strength to create your own reality, you are forced to live in the one imposed on you by others. For example, we produce absinthe without a destructive distillation process. We don't distill, we filter, just like you do your tea or coffee. Do you distill your tea or coffee??? Of course not, because the result would be a low-quality (trash) product, just like distilling absinthe gives you trash absinthe (name the absinthe products that are sold nationwide in local stores). This is precisely why we do not distill our products.
We do not distill them because we want to produce a superior absinthe product. Distillation by its definition includes two changes in the basis of the molecular state of alcohol, aroma and medicinal components: liquid - gas, gas - liquid. These two changes in the physical state of herbs soaked in alcohol guarantee the destruction of the essential aroma and medicinal ingredients released by the herbs. For many reasons, we are going against the orthodox production methods from the Swiss-French golden age.
This makes us the only producer that produces 100% natural absinthe without additives, emulsifiers, dyes and other chemicals.
